1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ClashZone Arena ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use ClashZone Arena. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Impersonation, use of fake identities, or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
4. Tournaments
- Tournament rules, entry fees, and prize pools are displayed on the tournament card before registration.
- By joining a tournament, you agree to abide by its specific rules.
- The admin has the final say in dispute resolution and result verification.
- Cheating, hacking, or use of exploits will result in immediate disqualification and permanent ban.
5. Payments & Refunds
- All payments are processed via UPI. ClashZone Arena does not store your bank details or UPI PIN.
- Entry fees are non-refundable once the tournament begins.
- If a tournament is cancelled before it starts, full refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours.
- Prize money is distributed within 24 hours of tournament finalization.
- Disputes regarding payments must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.
6. User Conduct
While using ClashZone Arena, you agree NOT to:
- Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Cheat, hack, or use any unauthorized third-party software during tournaments.
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Submit false payment information or fake UTR numbers.
- Create multiple accounts or use bots.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, logos, trademarks, code, and content, is the property of ClashZone Arena. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your access to the App will be revoked.
- Any pending winnings may be forfeited if termination is due to fraud or cheating.
- You may request data deletion per our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClashZone Arena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClashZone Arena, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
